What's not included
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in your ticket. A standard tip is around 15% of the tour price, with 18-25% for exceptional service.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour start time for check in.
PARKING
There is NO onsite parking provided. Please refer to the suggested parking link in the confirmation and reminder emails.
What to bring
HYDRATION
In warmer months, we recommend bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
WEATHER
Tours go out rain or shine! Complimentary ponchos are provided for inclement weather days. While most seating is indoors, we do stroll between venues, so make sure to check the forecast and come prepared. But hey, with enough libations, you might not even notice the weather! *Umbrellas are not provided.
SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Guest safety is always our top priority. In the event of extreme weather (such as hurricanes or severe thunderstorms), guests will be notified in advance and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: 24-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED
Please contact us with any life-threatening food allergies prior to the start of the tour. Our apologies, but we are unable to accommodate last minute dietary requests and cannot guarantee accommodations (but we do our best) for restrictions such as vegan, kosher, dairy intolerant, sugar-free, soy, gluten-free restrictions and/or pescatarian.

Tour Minimum: A minimum of 4 guests is required for the tour to depart. If the minimum is not met, guests will be offered the option to reschedule, join another tour, or receive a full refund.

HOW MUCH FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
Each location on the tour will serve a tapas-sized dish expertly paired with a delightful wine or artisanal craft cocktail (chef/venue discretion). These tastings combine to offer a well-rounded culinary experience, equivalent to a generous lunch or dinner.
HOW FAR DO WE STROLL?
Our tours are designed to be a casual, leisurely stroll — no speed walking here! Most routes cover 6 blocks or less, with a 20–25 minute stop at each venue to relax, sip, and savor.
We recommend wearing comfortable strolling shoes, and please keep in mind that the historic district features charming (but sometimes uneven) brick streets and sidewalks.
Please communicate wheelchairs and/or scooters use, when booking. For less strolling, we suggest booking one of our rolling tours (available in St. Augustine only).
WHAT IF I AM NOT A WINE DRINKER?
No problem! While many of our pairings feature wine, some routes may be able to accommodate a beer option depending on the venue and menu. Non-alcoholic substitutions may be available with advance notice, but are not guaranteed at every stop.
Because pairings are curated in advance by our restaurant partners to complement each tasting, we recommend contacting us prior to your tour if you do not drink wine or prefer a non-alcoholic option. This allows us to make requests with our venues whenever possible.
