Please arrive about 15-20 Minutes prior to departure to allow adequate time to complete a flight manifest and release of liability form.

What to bring

Each person must bring a valid photo ID or Passport. If you choose to fly with a camera please bring a safety lanyard to attach your camera to your seat belt or safety harness.

Special requirements

All Ages welcome; Kids 24+ months require a ticket. Toddlers >23 months may sit on a parent's lap at no charge.

Restrictions

The Maximum weight per seat is 300 pounds.

AND

The MAXIMUM COMBINED weight for all passengers is 575 pounds.

Passengers will be weighed before each flight. We cannot fly when weight restrictions are exceeded. If over maximum weight, please call for options.

How do I book a helicopter tour?

Booking your flight is quick and easy — all reservations are made online. Simply choose the tour, date, and time that work best for you. Our live availability calendar shows real‑time open seats, so you always know what’s immediately bookable. Once your reservation is complete, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with all the details for your upcoming flight. Booking online is the fastest way to secure your seats and ensures your tour is fully locked in.

Can I make same day reservations?

Same day bookings are welcome. Our system allows you to reserve a tour up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Because flights often fill quickly, especially on weekends and holidays, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time.

Do you accept walk ins?

Walk ins are welcome; however, availability cannot be guaranteed. Because our flights often fill quickly, we strongly recommend booking online at least 2 hours before your desired departure time.

Can I book over the phone?

All reservations must be made online through our website. This ensures accurate availability, secure payment processing, and instant confirmation for your flight. If you need help or have questions before booking, our team is always happy to assist — but the actual reservation must be completed online.

Do you offer gift cards?

flyVENTURE offers digital gift cards that can be used toward any of our helicopter tours. Gift cards are delivered instantly by email, making them a great last minute option for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or special surprises. You can choose any amount, and the recipient can redeem their gift card online when booking their flight. Gift cards never lose value and can be applied to any available tour time.

Before Your Flight

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. During check in, each passenger must complete a liability waiver, present a valid photo ID, and fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form. The physical credit card used for the purchase must also be presented at check in for verification.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. Helicopter cabins can get breezy when the doors are open, so avoid loose clothing, scarves, or anything that could flap in the wind. Many guests find that sunglasses help reduce glare and make it easier to enjoy the views. For doors off flights, additional restrictions may apply, such as securing long hair, removing loose accessories, and using safety lanyards for phones or cameras.

Are there weight limits?

For safety, flyVENTURE has a 300 pounds per seat limit and a 575 pounds total combined passenger limit. All passengers must weigh in at check in, and actual weights will be verified to ensure proper aircraft balance. If limits are exceeded, we may need to adjust or reschedule your flight.

Can children fly?

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 24 months may fly as a lap child, while all children 2 years and older must have their own ticket and seat. For safety, every child must be securely buckled in, and an adult must accompany all minors on the flight.

Can pregnant guests fly?

Many pregnant guests fly comfortably, but we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider first.

Do I need an ID?

A government issued photo ID is required for all adult passengers.

What happens if I’m late?

Flights depart on schedule. Late arrivals may forfeit their reservation without refund.

During the Flight

How many people can fly at once?

Our helicopters seat up to three passengers plus the pilot.

What if I have more than 3 passengers?

Groups of more than 3 passengers are simply split into two back to back flights. Because tickets are sold per seat, there’s no additional cost to divide your group — you’ll just take turns enjoying the experience.

Can we choose our seats?

Seating is assigned by the pilot for weight and balance. We do our best to honor requests when possible.

Can we talk to the pilot?

All passengers wear headsets and can communicate with the pilot throughout the flight.

Can I bring my phone or camera?

Absolutely. Phones and cameras are welcome for photos and videos. Please secure loose items.

Are doors off flights available?

Doors off flights are offered on select tours. During checkout, you can upgrade the Doors Off option for $49 for an open air experience with better views and ideal for photos.

Weather & Safety

What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions prevent safe flying, flyVENTURE will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your flight. If we are unable to fly due to weather, your booking will remain valid for 365 days from your original flight date, and you may reschedule at no additional cost. Cash refunds are only available if you purchased Cancellation Protection during checkout. Without Cancellation Protection, weather related cancellations receive a credit equal to your original purchase amount, which can be used toward any future tour.

Are helicopter tours safe?

Helicopter tours are very safe. flyVENTURE has a zero accident, zero incident record to date, and we operate under strict FAA safety regulations, including our certification to conduct commercial air tours under FAA Part 91.147. These regulations outline requirements for pilot qualifications, aircraft maintenance, operational procedures, and mandatory passenger safety briefings, all designed to ensure every flight is conducted safely and responsibly.

How often are your helicopters inspected?

Our aircraft undergo regular FAA mandated inspections and continuous maintenance by certified technicians.

Do you offer charter flights?

flyVENTURE is certified to operate commercial air tours under FAA Part 91.147, which means we must remain within 25 statute miles of our departure point and return to the same location. Because of these FAA restrictions, we cannot offer point to point charter flights or transportation services.

Are taxes and fees included?

All required taxes and fees are shown at checkout before you complete your booking.

Do you offer discounts?

We occasionally offer seasonal promotions. If you have a discount code, you can enter it at the bottom of the checkout page before completing your booking.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Please remember to bring the physical credit card used for your booking on the day of your flight, as it must be presented and verified during check‑in. Please note that we do NOT accept cash at any location.

Yes — free on site parking is available for all guests.

Yes, restrooms are available at our facility.

Is your location wheelchair accessible?

Policies

What is your late arrival policy?

Flights depart on time. Late arrivals may result in forfeited seats without refund. Please email us at info@flyventure.com if you’re running late for your scheduled flight.

What is your no show policy?

No shows are non refundable.

Do you allow bags or personal items on board?

Small personal items are allowed. Larger bags must be stored securely on the ground.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are only available if you purchased Cancellation Protection at checkout. Without Cancellation Protection, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a credit for the full value of your booking, valid for 365 days. If weather prevents safe flying, we’ll contact you to reschedule, and your booking will remain valid for 365 days. Weather related cash refunds are only issued if Cancellation Protection was purchased.
